Their name, the best time to call, the language they prefer, and a few things they love to talk about. Your parent agrees to the calls too.
A short, friendly chat about how they slept, how they feel, whether they've eaten and what's planned for the day.
A short email after each call, marked green, yellow or red so you can see at a glance whether anything needs your attention.
You can't call every morning. Lumi can, and she'll let you know when it matters.
Landline, flip phone or smartphone. Nothing to install or learn.
Sleep, mood, meals and plans, in a short email you can read in 30 seconds.
If Lumi can't reach them after a few tries, you'll know right away.
If they mention a fall or chest pain, Lumi tells them to call 911 and the family is alerted.
Lumi speaks with your parent in the language they're most comfortable in.
Lumi speaks slowly, asks one thing at a time, and chats about what they care about.
Please note: Lumi is a friendly daily check-in, not an emergency or medical service. In an emergency, always call 911.
